Traveling with pets can be hassle free even in planes. All you need is the right carrier or container for your pets. Since most people have dogs, enterprising people have created numerous containers to house the dog during travel. There are dog crates, soft dog crates, dog carriers and dog strollers. All are great but it will really depend on the size of your dog.

Dog crates are great because dogs naturally want to den. Big dogs need to be crated when traveling in planes. The downside of crating big dogs is the expense. The price of crating a big dog is like another passenger in a plane. Soft dog crates and dog carriers are for small dogs. It is a small bag with mesh sides so your dog can breathe. Depends on the airline, you can hand carry them as long as you use soft dog crates or dog carriers. Dog strollers are also for small dogs. It is like a kid stroller but it has a mesh hood to keep your dog in check so you’ll have a hassle free stroll. Unfortunately, you can’t travel in planes using a dog stroller.
