Make it a habit to gently clean around your dog’s eyes daily. This will eliminate stubborn stains or discharges and prevent infections. Use a soft damp cloth or cotton ball. Only clean around the eyes, never inside as you might scratch the eyeballs. In case of debris of foreign objects inside the eyes, carefully flush them with water and follow up with your vet to make sure no abrasions occurred.
