Dog itchy skin

Just like humans, dog get various skin diseases too. Dog itchy skin can be a manifestation of a more serious skin disease. It can also be an indication of a more serious pathology. However, if there are no lesions, it can be a form of allergy or infection.

There are several factors that could cause dog itchy skin:~Environment – wind could make the dog’s skin dry and flaky ~Nutrition – caused by diets high in toxins and low in nutrients~Allergies – reaction to certain things like food, pollens, etc.~Parasites – mites or fleas biting or burrowing~Infection – mostly by bacteria or yeast
