dog vitamins

The life span of a dog may vary but they usually average 8 to 10 years. However, some dogs may live shorter than others. External factors come into play:

1) Diet. Dogs must not be fed human food. Studies show that dog food is best and that eating human food can wreck havoc to a dog’s digestive system.2) Vitamins. Although dog vitamins are easily available to address the nutritional needs of dogs, most pet owners do away with this. Giving vitamins can keep dogs healthier.3) Exercise. It is important that dogs get enough exercise. A sedentary dog will have higher chances of developing heart disease.4) Environment. Some dogs are just lucky to belong to families who take good care of them and provide to their needs. Pet owners must be responsible enough to see to it that their pet is taken care of, which includes regular visits to the vet.
